Billing

Billing for services will be paid at a half hourly rate ($100/0.5 hours), with intake appointments being one hour long and follow-up appointments being 25 minutes and 50 minutes depending on needs.

If there is a desire to utilize health insurance for services, a superbill can be given to use for reimbursement for services rendered with health insurance organizations. Please contact your insurance provider for information on out of network reimbursement if you wish to utilize your insurance.

At this time, not directly billing insurance through our clinic will help with flexibility of scheduling and provide care for a wider variety of patients.
