If there is a desire to utilize health insurance for services, a superbill can be given to use for reimbursement for services rendered with health insurance organizations. Please contact your insurance provider for information on out of network reimbursement if you wish to utilize your insurance.

Not directly billing insurance through our clinic allows us to maintain flexibility of scheduling, and provide care to a wider variety of patients
